In the Evaluation Phase we would like to present our findings by means of a PowerPoint presentation, where we will highlight what we have found and present you the suggestions for potential resolutions in relation to the cost aspect of the fixes.

We do understand that you can improve a process within any organization as soon as you start investing. However our coal would be to keep your investment as low as possible.

Before we close our Consultancy session we'll deliver you a comprehensive audit report stating our findings and suggestions for improvements as a function of the cost aspect, together with a MS Project implementation plan.

We'll also provide you a calculation specifying the cost to implement our suggestions, and your benefits or cost savings after you have implemented our suggestions. In other words how long will it take before you can expect to see the benefit of our Consultancy advice in general and per suggestion when required.
