To import one or more translation kits with Clear-CAT® is very easy as it requires nothing more than shutting down the current activity (when it is finished otherwise you get a warning message).

There is no need for the user to specify the import location for the translation kit in the Material Explorer as Clear-CAT® is storing all relevant project data in each of it's translation kits to remember when and from which location in the tree structure it was generated.

After the existing activity is stopped the "Import translation kit" menu item becomes available (see picture on the left), and when it is activated it shows a file browser for the user to select the location where Clear-CAT® can find the translated kits.

The translation kits can be selected individually, by language, or by selecting multiple languages in one go like is specified in the picture ("Localization Kits").

Before Clear-CAT® is importing any of the available Translation Kits it verifies the status of each of the kits to see if they have been imported before (which results in a skip action), or if they have been translated at all (which results in a message identifying the kit is not yet translated, and a skip action as well)
