Our Investigation process is based on the following steps:

  • Client meeting to understand the requirements and expectations of the Client in relation to the software package they are planning to purchase.

• Product Evaluation Phase
  • In this step we'll download the product and check roughly if the package will fit the functional requirements as set before.

• Product Investigation Phase
  • In this step we'll perform an in-depth verification of the localization product to determine performance, functionality, and support aspect which is carried out offsite.

• Product Report Phase
  • In this step we'll go over our findings and prepare a detailed report which we present at the project closure phase.

• Project Closure Phase
  • In this step we'll discuss the findings of the investigation, and present according to our opinion, if the product will fit your organization or not, including the reasons why.
