• Product investigation.
  • Spending time to see if the product is properly internationalized, to remove the potential bottleneck of translating a complete product into a language, and finding that after the translation your product is not working anylonger.

• Extracting all text from the material.
  • After the internationalization check we are extracting all strings which should be translated from your product or documentation set into a form which can be translated without additional effort at the translation agency, to reduce as much cost as possible during the actual translation task.

• Requesting a translation quote from a translation agency.
  • In this step we ask a number of translation agencies to provide a quote for the translation work, and make a recommendation to you, depending on quality, cost and timeframe.
    This provides a clear cost overview on the actual translation part of this work.

• Starting the translations with a selected agency.
  • Now it's time to kickoff the translations, manage the translation process i.e. guard the delivery dates, and handle the questions which may come up during the translation of your material.

• Receiving the translations from the translation agency.
  • After the translation cycle is finished with the translation agency and the material was reviewed and signed off by the customer, we re-insert all translations back into your original product or documentation and start the QA cycle.

• Quality control on translated material, and delivery.
  • Before we re-deliver the product or your documents in translated languages, we'll insure that all functionality in the localized product is working, and that your localized documents reflect the original document layout.
