The design architecture of Clear-CAT is supporting an unique way to provide updates.

The product itself will verify, as soon as it is activated, if and when an update for any of the Clear-CAT modules is available by accessing our back-end hosting and licensing server.

This technology ensures that the product is always up to date, while at the same time it will remove the responsibility from the end-user to look for product update or upgrades.

Another advantage which benefits all our clients is the distribution of new file filters, which are following the same path.

So when we'll get a request from one of our customers to build a specific file filter, every other customer will benefit from that development immediately after the filter is released.

The new filter will show-up in the Filter Overview in Clear-CAT and can be used immediately.

When it's an update on one of the existing file filters the versioning structure of the filter prevents the activation of the new filter on material which is currently in process within the system.

As soon as new material is loaded into Clear-CAT this versioning system enables the new filter for the entire process from that moment on.
